The user agrees to use the service lawfully. It is strictly prohibited to use Kaiju Email Verifier for:

All software, proprietary Catch-All scoring algorithms, disposable domain feeds, and Swiss Precision interface designs are protected by international copyright and trade secret laws.
KaijuVerifier is strictly an email hygiene, anti-fraud, and deliverability diagnostic platform. We do not sell, rent, or broker consumer or B2B email lists, nor do we transmit unsolicited commercial email on behalf of users; our SMTP verification engine performs non-intrusive RFC 5321 protocol handshakes without delivering message content.
